Balancing Point Method

The Balancing Point Method expands the consciousness of the practitioner and client through the sense of touch. In the Ayurvedic tradition (read about Ayurveda under the Integration tab) the sense of touch is deeply connected to the heart center and the hands. 

A practitioner of the Balancing Point Method uses a specific sequence of touching points along the spine and forehead to open energy flow throughout the subtle energy systems. When the energy flow between those subtle systems is in balance, harmony returns to the body and mind. 

Balancing Point is a simple yet powerful practice of understanding the origin of sensations and how sensations develop into thoughts. Thoughts create emotions and emotions disturb the natural flow of the subtle energy systems. As a practitioner you will learn to create and hold a space of safety for people to go deep inside their own mind; to free themselves from fear, aggression, and grief.
