Detachment

Detachment is not withdrawing from the world, or negating the world. It is the process of becoming aware of the interdependent actions connecting all beings. Detachment is developed, or acquired through the practice of contemplation and meditation. There are several styles of meditation and Daniel presents his preferences, and works with other teachers who practice different forms or styles of mediation. Once you find a style of meditation that works, you simply develop a daily practice! Detachment becomes easier and consistent over time.

What are we detaching from? Judgement, Jealousy, Fear, Grief, Anger,......

Liberation from all the causes of suffering is the result of detachment; that is why we practice.

During your private consultation, or in the seminars you will be given tools for developing the skill of detachment.
