Hatha Yoga is one of the eight branches of Yoga practice. Daniel practices and teaches Power Vinyasa Yoga following the flow sequence developed by Baron Baptiste. Daniel has found Power Vinyasa Yoga to be of great help in reconnecting people with the beauty of their body, and one of the quickest ways to access and release stored emotional attachments, and memories. Hatha Yoga practice of any kind/style will bring people to a deeper awareness of the power of the breath, and open the energy channels throughout their body. Over time people will find new vigor in all levels of their life experience. Daniel teaches Power Vinyasa Yoga with insight and humor; the practice of any and all yogic paths leads to improved concentration, detachment, and finally Liberation from suffering. In 2012 Daniel will open his studio: Wildman Yoga and Training.
